Here you will find the sheets for basic level and general NPC characters. If you have an NPC that required stats the sheet must be placed here within and wait for council approval before becoming an actual NPC with sheet. The rest of the stuff here you will find are general npcs created by council for storyline purposes and basic understanding of where some characters are.
